OLIVIA VALERE - BABILONIA PALACE
Inspired by the Alhambra, Olivia Valere was created by architect Oscar de la Peña and interior decorator, Miguel Cancio, who designed the Buddah Bar and Bar Fly in Paris. If there's ever been a nightclub that sums up what Marbella is all about, Olivia Valere is it. From the outside it may look like it's some kind of Moorish fortification stranded on the Coast, but on the inside it's very much like a scene from The Arabian Nights with courtyards, fountains and sumptuous interiors.
Discotheques rarely warm up until after midnight and the majority stay open until dawn (some even serve breakfast). The most spectacular of them all is Olivia Valere's Babylonian Palace on the Istan Road, Marbella.
